PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a response at switching of a digital signal. SOLUTION: The same digital signal is sent through a main transmission line 20a and a sub transmission line 20b. An attenuator 25 is provided on the sub transmission line 20b to attenuate a digital signal in the sub transmission line 20b to a level not affecting the digital signal on the main transmission line 20a. A synthesis device 24 combines the digital signal attenuated by the attenuator 25 with the digital signal sent through the main transmission line 20a.
