PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method of a resin mold product for a complicatedly shaped fuel cell separator without the need of post- processing such as cutting work. SOLUTION: A thermosettable phenol resin and phenol resin particles cured to C stage are melted, mixed and fed to a molding machine, molded and then baked for carbonization, to form the fuel cell separator. |
