PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for an anti-theft device, by which the anti-theft device can easily be mounted in a short time by fixing the end part of a chain to an automatic vending machine with one bolt. SOLUTION: This anti-theft device has the chain 1 with a prescribed length and a lock mechanism fixed to a door of a member to be attached and for connecting a ring at one end part of the chain 1 in a freely extractable and insertable way, and fixes the other end part of the chain 1 to a side wall of the member to be attached with the one bolt 11. The bolt 11 is provided with a plane part 16 for turning stop that is fitted between parallel parts of the ring at outer faces of both sides of a shaft part 15 to be inserted into the ring of the chain 1, and a head part 17 whose top face swells in an arch shape at one end side of the shaft part 15, and a screw shaft 18 which has a diameter shorter than that of the shaft part 15, penetrates a side wall of the member to be attached and fastens a nut 14 from an inner side of the side wall is provided at the other side of the shaft part 15.
