PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal having a voice information outputting function is provided to furnish information displayed on an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) in a voice, so that users can get the information in a voice without looking into the LCD. CONSTITUTION: A data storing part(60) stores voice corresponding to numerical keys and function keys, and voice corresponding to information displayed on an LCD of a mobile communication terminal. A flip/folder sensor(30) recognizes the open or close of a flip or a folder of the mobile communication terminal, to output an open/close signal. A controller(50) selects numerical keys and function keys to receive an outputted selection signal or the open/close signal, and transmits the received signals to the data storing part(60) for reading voice data stored in the data storing part(60). And a voice synthesizer(70) receives the voice data read in accordance with the selection signal and open/close signal, to convert the received data into audible voice data.
