METHOD FOR CONTROLLING ROTATION OF RECLAIMER USING LOAD CELL

PURPOSE: A method for controlling rotation of reclaimer using load cell is provided to improve working efficiency by preventing a reclaim part from rotating to a position got away from raw material pile, thereby preventing empty reclaiming of the reclaim part. CONSTITUTION: The method for controlling rotation of reclaimer using load cell comprises first step of storing the detected load value in the rotational operation control part by detecting a load value applied to the load cell(20) during normal reclaiming of the buckets using a rotational control system which is constructed by adhering a load cell to the bucket load support part of a reclaim part and connecting the load cell to a rotational operation control part of rotation part; second step of storing the detected load values in the rotational operation control part by finding a rotation stop operation time point in which rotational inertia is generated only to a point where empty reclaiming starts to be generated during proceeding of reclaiming operation, and by detecting load values of the load cell at that time; third step of storing the obtained percentage into the rotational operation control part by obtaining the stored load values of the second step for the stored load values of the first step in percentage; and fourth step of changing rotational direction of rotation part oppositely when the percentage value obtained as load values detected n the load cell during proceeding of actual reclaiming operation for the stored load values of the first step corresponds with the values stored in the third step.
