OSCILLATION CIRCUIT FOR QUARTS OSCILLATOR, AND QUARTZ OSCILLATOR USING THE OSCILLATION CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oscillation circuit for quartz oscillators for achieving a thickness twist vibration mode reliably, and to obtain a quartz oscillation type sensor for contributing to the improvement in measurement accuracy using the oscillation circuit. SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit comprises first and second oscillation circuits 19 and 20 using first and second transistors 21 and 22, and a quartz oscillator plate 1 where first and second electrodes 5 and 6 are provided on one surface. The collector of the first and second transistors 21 and 22 having a DC bias circuit is connected to a power supply via first and second coils 33 and 34. A base is connected to the first and second electrodes 5 and 6 in the quartz oscillation plate 1, an emitter is grounded, and the first and second oscillation circuits 19 and 20 are oscillated by reverse phases each other.
