PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dimension in the vertical direction of an instrument panel without impairing the air-conditioning performance by blowing cold air from a center face air outlet. SOLUTION: The air-conditioning center face air outlet disposed in the vicinity of a center part in the right-and-left direction of a vehicle in the instrument panel 10 is divided into a first center face air outlet 12 and a second center face air outlet 13, the first center face air outlet 12 is disposed on the vehicle rear side of the instrument panel 10 so as to be directed to the occupant side, and the second center face air outlet 13 is disposed on the upper surface of the instrument panel 10. Air is directly blown from the first center face air outlet 12 toward the occupant side, and at the same time, air is blown from the second center face air outlet 13 toward the face side of the occupant.
