PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear fusion reaction method in which liquid ions and an electron plasma at a high density are generated by a simple means, and to provide a clean energy which is friendly to environment without discharging radioactive waste. SOLUTION: Hydrogen ions which are accelerated by a gas discharge plasma or which are extracted from an ion source are injected into the surface of a mixed molten metal of a nuclear fusion substance and an electron donor catalyst inside an electrode, united atoms are formed by a cohesive force acting between atoms inside the molten metal, and a nuclear fusion reaction is induced. Heat energy generated in such a way that an apparatus inducing the nuclear fusion reaction is used as a core is taken out via a refrigerant or power is generated by a direct thermocouple row or a multilayer p-n semiconductor thin film.
