<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system by which data communication between a monitoring center installed in a factory and a site is carried out quickly and accurately, and by which an inspection time is shortened and a site working report is quickly prepared, so as to enhance working efficiency. SOLUTION: This support system is provided with a diagnosing vehicle 2 for diagnosis-inspecting a receiving and transforming facility or the like dispatched to the site, the monitoring center 1 stored with a prescribed diagnostic data, and a communication means allowing communication between the diagnosing vehicle 2 and the monitoring center 1. A recording means for a diagnosis-inspected result mounted on the diagnosing vehicle requests reception of the storage data to the monitoring center 1, and displays and records a reply result therein.</p> |
