PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide device of a vehicular seat having ease of use for getting on/off of elderly person. SOLUTION: This slide device for a vehicular seat comprises a seat rotating mechanism wherein an upper rail 3 is rotatably fitted in a lower rail 2 in a vehicular body floor fixing side, a slide mechanism arranged in the upper rail and capable of sliding a seat in a back-and-forth direction, a rotating sliding out mechanism making the seat rotating sliding out in a side door direction, and a locking means for them. A getting on/off operation lever 26 is provided, which releases a rotating and forward/backward moving lock state by the rotating lock mechanism 17 and a slide lock mechanism 22 and sliding out a seat to a front of the opening while rotating the seat in a side door direction by the rotating mechanism, the slide mechanism, and a rotating sliding out mechanism. A slide operation lever 15 is provided, which releases forward/ backward moving lock by the slide lock mechanism, releases sliding between a guide rail and a guide roller in the rotating sliding out mechanism, and adjust the seat in the back-and-forth direction of a vehicle by the slide mechanism.
