PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently bury a prefabricated pile by suppressing the discharge of excavated soil. SOLUTION: An excavating rod 20 is inserted into a hollow part 25 of the prefabricated pile 24, and a kneading-attaching part 12 of an expanded kneading-attaching unit 10 and an opening/closing unit 5 are protruded from an under surface of the prefabricated pile 24 (a). An excavating blade 6 of the unit 5 is made to abut on ground 33; the excavating rod 20 is pressed down in a state in which the excavating blade 6 abuts on the ground 33; a coupling plate 3 and the unit 5 are fitted into each other; the unit 5 is mounted on a rod body 1; and the expansion of the expanded unit 10 is maintained (b). The excavating rod 20 is rotated to excavate the ground 33; and the prefabricated pile 24 is sunk with suppression of the discharge of the excavated soil and the discharge of slurry above the ground while excavated soil, generated by excavation, is attached by kneading to a pile hole wall (c). When the excavating rod 20 is pulled upward after the excavating rod 20, the prefabricated pile 24 and the like reach a bearing layer, a diameter of the unit 10 is made smaller, and the burial of the prefabricated pile 24 and the like is completed by pulling up the excavating rod 20.
