PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying noxious insect-eliminating device capable of safely and effectively eliminating flying noxious insects in the inside and outside of a house without requiring any time and labor. SOLUTION: This flying noxious insect-eliminating device has a container 10 and a bubble-forming body 20, wherein the container 10 has an upper part 11 in which an opening is formed and receives a bubble-forming liquid Q and bubbles BL, and the bubble-forming body 20 is composed of a pipe 21 which is located in the container 10 so as to be upward extended and a bubble supply means (bubble-forming means) 31 which forms the bubbles BL and supplies the pipe 21 with the bubbles BL, so that the formed bubbles BL in the pipe 21 are made to be discharged outside from a bubble outlet G positioned on an upper part of the pipe 21 and then the outside discharged bubbles are made to be slowly flown downward along an outer circumferential surface 21s of the pipe 21. Further, the bubble-forming liquid Q contains a surfactant.
