PURPOSE: Structure for assembling a bumper stay is provided to easily assemble a bumper stay in a fixing hole of a vehicle body frame by changing the position of an installation hole. CONSTITUTION: A bumper stay(10) fixing a bumper on a vehicle body frame is installed on a support bracket(20) installed in a shock absorbing beam(3) of the bumper. The bumper stay is rotatably installed by combining via a hinge shaft(30) penetrating through the support bracket installed in the shock absorbing beam. When a collision occurs, the bumper stay rotates. Then, a part of shock is absorbed. Thus, the bumper stay is prevented from being deformed or broken.
