PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure diagnostic system capable of performing a rational failure diagnosis based on the repair history for each game machine. SOLUTION: This failure diagnostic system utilizing an Internet line NET comprises a first processing for receiving a serial number inherent to each game machine from a user side, a second processing for retrieving a repair history database DB 2 on the basis of the serial number, and a third processing for changing, in the detection of the corresponding history data, the following transmission order of HTML file to be transmitted to the user side. |
