PURPOSE: A free phone service device is provided to implement an interface between a general wired/wireless telephone set and a computer without an additional change, so as to enable a user to select a pay call through an office line or a free call. CONSTITUTION: An office line connector(112) is connected to an office line in wired. A telephone set connector(116) is connected to a wired/wireless telephone set. A computer connector(113) is connected to a computer. A switching part(120) switches the telephone set and the office line connector(112) to an office line call or switches the telephone set and the computer connector(113) to a free call, according to control signals. A controller(111) switches an incoming call received from the office line connector(112) to the telephone set connector(116) to form an office line speech path, switches a call request from the computer connector(113) to the telephone set connector(116) to form a free call speech path, switches an office line call request from the telephone set connector(116) to office line connector(113) to form an office line speech path, and switches a free call service request from the telephone set connector(116) to the computer connector(113) to form a free call speech path. A data converter(114) converts text information corresponding to voice information received through the computer connector(113) into voice signals, to deliver the converted signals to the telephone set through the switching part(120) and the telephone set connector(116), and converts voice signals received through the telephone set connector(116) into text information corresponding to voice information to deliver the converted information to the computer through the computer connector(113).
