PURPOSE: A transceiver for a millimeter wave band is provided to separate a carrier wave from a modulating unit in a modulator using 90-degree bends, thereby intercepting a carrier wave of a modulating signal. The transceiver is provided to use a symmetrical 3dB coupler, thereby implementing the stable modulator. CONSTITUTION: A receiving end and a transmitting end are configured on the basis of an antenna(103) and transceiving duplexers(104,105,106,107,108,109,132,133). The transmitting end comprises a modulating unit for symmetrically arranging two 90-degree bends(112,113) as the antenna(103) and a 3dB coupler. The 90-degree bends(112,113) are NRD guide-curved lines. The receiving end is configured by the antenna(103) and a balance mixer. Short key barrier diode mounts(116,117) are mounted to measure absorption and reflecting power of propagation signals generated while coupling the two 90-degree bends(112,113).
