PURPOSE: A damper device combined with a microphone holder of a cellular phone is provided to install dampers in a body, in order to perform a buffer action by a damper unit when a cellular phone folder is closed, and to make a hole airtight, thereby enabling water-proof effects and preventing dust. CONSTITUTION: In a cellular phone having a body(30) and a folder(32), a display displaying characters or numbers in an inner side(32a) of the folder(32) and a speaker(38) are installed. A hinge(34) couples the folder(32) with one end of the body(30). The folder(32) is opened/shut on the basis of the hinge(34). Many key buttons are installed in an inner side(30a) of the body(30). Dampers(50) are installed on both sides of the body(30). One of the dampers(50) is combined with a microphone holder, to build a microphone and a damper unit having a hole in the middle.
