摘要 PURPOSE: A process for preparing an egg for slimming diet and regulating blood glucose level is provided which contains immunoglobulin yolk(IgY) for enzymes in brush border membrane vesicle(BBMV), thereby preventing obesity and regulating blood glucose level. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing an egg for slimming diet and regulating blood glucose level, containing immunoglobulin yolk(IgY) for enzymes in the brush border membrane vesicle(BBMV) comprises the steps of: (a) separating the brush border membrane vesicle(BBMV) from the small intestine of an animal; (b) injecting the brush border membrane vesicle(BBMV) as antigens into a laying hen in several time; and (c) collecting eggs laid from the BBMV-injected laying hen, wherein the antigens are digestion and absorption enzymes in BBMV; the digestion enzymes are maltase, lactase, sucrase, peptidase and enterokinase; and the absorption enzymes are SGLT-1, glucose transporter-1 and glucose transporter-2.
