<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve medical services by allowing medical facilities to automatically and continuously communicate with patients by using a communication means such as electronic mail. SOLUTION: A clinical data management system is equipped with a storage device 3 which is connected to an external processor 1 of a receipt system, etc., and has basic information on contact addresses, etc., of patients and case clinical histories by the patients, a storage device 4 which has templates of patient-addressed transmission medium bodies, and a processor 2 which generates transmission media according to documents, etc., extracted from the storage device 4 and contact addresses of patients extracted from the storage device 3 and sends them, and receives and processes replay media from the patients.</p> |
