PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and quickly perform communication between a master part and a slave part even while preferentially performing application processing that realizes communication processing with a master unit and a function as a slave unit. SOLUTION: The master part 21 transmits to the slave part 22 a communication control signal showing whether or not the master part 21 can perform reception processing of a transmission signal transmitted from the slave part 22. The slave part 22 confirms the state of the communication control signal in advance each time the slave part 22 transmits to the master part 21 data of one-byte among data of a plurality of bytes constituting the transmission signal, and transmits the one-byte data only when the master part 21 can perform reception processing. For this reason, the transmission signal can be transmitted at appropriate timing corresponding to a processing situation of the master part 21 so that communication between the master part 21 and the slave part 22 can be accurately and quickly carried even while preferentially performing application processing that realizes communication processing with the master unit 1 and a function as a slave unit 2.
