PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network management system for maintenance operation accompanied by electric shock stopping processing and antistatic processing under a high-voltage continuous application condition which can effectively prevent adverse influence of electromagnetic waves generated various OA equipment on human bodies by the electric shock stopping processing and antistatic processing using an electric charge leak surface processing agent and make new chances for employment to contribute to social welfare. SOLUTION: In the network management system for the maintenance operation accompanied by the electric shock stopping processing and antistatic processing under the high-voltage continuous application condition, a server computer has period management data for the electric shock stopping processing and antistatic processing by customers and a client computer sends operation state data including the final date and time of the electric shock stopping processing and antistatic processing by the customers to the server computer.
