The device is composed of a telescopic rod (2) and a plastic throwaway bag. A handle (1) is connected to the rod which is connected to the casing (3) on which are positioned two arms forming the bag support. A handle pushbutton (15) controls the opening and closing of the bag supports which in turn open and close the bag. An adhesive strip located on each bag wall allows its closing after use.
