PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a question-answer system capable of providing a suitable answer to a customer's question or the like, storing and sorting the question and the answer and improving the accuracy of the answer. SOLUTION: In the question-answer system, a plurality of relevant questions are displayed on a question item input picture, and when there is no suitable question in the displayed questions (question group (b)), a question is inputted to a question input column (a), the contents of the inputted question are analyzed by natural language processing, the question is clarified by interacting with a questioner as required, and a plurality of relevant questions are selected and displayed as a question group b'. When there is not suitable question also in the question group b', a user is urged to leave the question in a message board, a BBS or a chat, and when an answer to the question is sent to the user, the user automatically or manually registers the question and the answer in a question/answer DB in a DB 2 to learn the answer and utilize the answer for succeeding questions.
