CATALYTIC GASOLINES AND IN INTERMEDIATE DISTILLATIONS OF CRUDE OIL, WITH SILICA GEL Herein is depicted a chemical treatment for reducing the sulfur present in catalytic gasoline and intermediate distillates of crude oil, by means of sulfur absorption in silica gel packed in a filter or filter train operating with the outlet pressure of the production processes of catalytic gasolines and of intermediate distillation of crude oils, provided with treatments for the previous reduction of sulfur.
