FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for joining, repairing, and finishing, at low positive and negative temperatures, constructions from bricks, ground blocks, polystyrene-concrete blocks, and deck members when mounting building walls from light and specially light concretes, including polystyrene concrete, keramzite-polystyrene concrete, and cement- and slag- based cellular concretes. Composition contains, wt.%: sodium liquid glass, 19- 23; 30-50-% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, 3-4.6; Portland cement, 16-24; low- calcium heat-and-power station carry-over, 29-33; filler, 9.5-16; antifreeze additive, 2.8-5; mineral white binder, 0.5-0.7; and water, the balance. Antifreeze additive contains substance from the group including sodium and potassium chlorides, nitrites, and formates; mineral white binder contains gypsum or phosphogypsum; and filler is fine-grained quartz sand fraction 0.1- 0.3 mm or finely ground quartz sand, and/or keramzite sand fraction 0.315-1.25 mm.
