FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of medicinal preparations. The preparation presents tableted form comprising lyophilized biomass of dry bacterial concentrate "Okarin" in the amount 89-91 wt.% and special supplements, wt.%; aerosil, 2-3; starch, 4-6; calcium or magnesium stearate, 1-2; or special supplements, wt. %: alginic acid salts, 8-10; and talk or calcium or magnesium stearate, 1-2. The proposed preparation exhibits activity for treatment and prophylaxis of dysbacteriosis and enhancement of nonspecific resistance of human body, easy for using and provides precision of dosing.
