FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the presence of inflammatory complication in articular area should be predicted at detecting flexing contracture in a hip joint and lymphangiitis at the background of a patient's complaints for availability of pains in inguinal region from surgical side, increased body temperature, increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), leukocytosis and left-hand shift of leukocytic formula.
