PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for an aerosol can, capable of automatically degassing an aerosol can be mounting the cap to it when the aerosol can is made to waste, and preventing gas from being ejected therefrom even in the case where the cap is erroneously mounted to the aerosol can before making it to waste. SOLUTION: A folding plate 5 foldable inwardly is formed at one of half parts of a top plate of a cap main body 4 which is mounted to an aerosol can 1 capable of spraying a liquid through a nozzle by a depression operation of a depressing head 3 with the nozzle. A head depressing plate 6 is provided to an inner face of the folding plate, and a fixing plate 7 for fixing the head depressing plate is provided at the other half part of the top plate of the cap main body, respectively. The head depressing plate 6 is provided in such a manner that it is engageable with the fixing plate 7 by folding the folding plate 5, and that it is engaged with the depressing head 3 with the nozzle so as to be capable of pushing down depressing head when the cap is mounted to the aerosol can 1. |
