PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make hard the propagation of flow sound of a refrigerant into a room upon reducing the pressure of the refrigerant and improve the mounting property of functional parts, such as a pressure detector, a refrigerant filling valve and the like, onto a vehicle or the like. SOLUTION: A first passage hole 29 is provided so as to penetrate through a pipeline block 27 and one end of the first passage hole 29 is used for a refrigerant outlet port 29a, while a choking unit 6 for reducing the pressure of the refrigerant is arranged in the first passage hole 29 and a pressure detector 7 is arranged at the other end side of the first passage hole 29. A second passage hole 31 extending into a direction intersecting orthogonally with the first passage hole 29 and communicated with the first passage hole 29 at an intermediate site between the choking unit 6 and the pressure detector 7, is provided while a refrigerant inlet port 31a, through which the high-pressure refrigerant flows into the second passage hole 31 from the outlet port side of a condenser 2 for the refrigerating cycle, is constituted and, further, the choking unit 6 is constituted of a fixed choker 6b.
