SOLUTION: The film is formed from the cellulose acylate solution obtained by dissolving a cellulose acylate in a solvent substantially composed of a non- chlorine-based solvent and is characterized by comprising an additive selected from a partial ester of a polybasic acid having 1.93-4.50 pka acid dissociation constant in an aqueous solution, its alkali metal salt and its alkaline earth metal salt.
