PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinch valve preventing excessive fastening in fully closing a valve and retaining a constant flow rate even if there is an erroneous operation and vibration. SOLUTION: This pinch valve comprises a handle 1 having a recess part 9 formed with a stopper part in the internal circumference in its upper part and a female screw 11 in the internal circumferential surface in its lower part; a bonnet 2 provided with a recess part 14 rotationally fitted to its upper part so as to prevent vertical movement of a handle and a through-hole 17 in its lower part; a clamping body 3 fitted with a stopper ring 21 in its upper part, a male screw 22 to be screwed with the female screw of the handle in its central part, a flange part 23 vertically moving the though hole 17 in its lower part, and a clamping element 24 in its lower end; an elastic pipe 4 released by press- contacted by the clamping element; a body 5 joined with the lower end of the bonnet and having a groove 26 for receiving the pipe; and a connecting part 6 connecting the pipes in the both sides of the body to other tubes.
