PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable anyone to cleanly wipe off the stain of a filter. SOLUTION: An optical component comprises disk-shaped clear glass or a disk-shaped transparent resin (1, 11, 21), a fixing frame to fix the clear glass or the transparent resin (2, 12, 22), and a fixing part which is formed at the fixing frame and fixes the clear glass or the transparent resin in the outer peripheral part (2a, 12a, 22a). The height of the clear glass or the transparent resin (1, 11, 21) in the direction of an optical path is higher than or almost equal to the height of the fixing part (2a, 12a, 22a) in the direction of the optical path. The optical component can be mounted on the optical device comprising a plurality of lenses.
