PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize an increase of a size by securing strength in response to a load of a heavy object in lifting the heavy object. SOLUTION: A base 16 includes a crane engaging part 27 for engaging with a hook of a crane formed on an upper end of the base 16. A first shaft 11 fixed on the base in a lower position than the crane engaging part supports an approximately center part of a lever holder 17. A base end of a link lever 18 is rotatably mounted on a second shaft 12 fixed on the base in a lower position than the first shaft, and a tip end of the link lever is locked to a tip end of the lever holder so as to be released. Another end of a sling 13, which is engaged with the heavy object with one end hooked on the hook of the crane, is detachably hooked on the link lever. A releasing means 19 releases the tip end of the link lever from the tip end of the lever holder by descending a base end of the lever holder.
