PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing functional alcoholic beverage having aromaticity and containing amino acid by mixing aromatic alcohol and functional alcohol. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing functional alcoholic beverage having aromaticity comprises the steps of: diluting 95% alcohol with water to have the alcohol content of 20 to 50%, passing the alcohol through a column packed with the activated carbon or adding the activated carbon into the alcohol and agitating them for 6 to 48 hours to remove contaminants and bad smell therefrom, and filtering the alcohol; adding beta-phenethyl alcohol and esters into the alcohol and mixing them; and filtering the alcohol with a 0.45 to 2 micrometer filter.
