PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating medium supply system which is capable of efficiently and surely supplying a treating medium into the cylindrical bodies from outside the treating system while continuously conveying the cylindrical bodies and is used for treating the inside surface of the cylindrical bodies and a treating system which efficiently treats the inside of the cylindrical bodies by using the same. SOLUTION: While can shells 11 which are the cylindrical bodies are continuously conveyed in a stationary frame 20 by cylindrical body driving means 13, guide members 24 and guide member holding means 14b, hollow pins 15 allowing the free passage of the treating medium disposed at the stationary frame 20 are made freely attachable and detachable to and from holes 14c drilled at the guide members 24, by which supply joints for the treating medium are constituted. While the can shells 11 are conveyed by the guide members 14 held relatively in a static state at all times by using pins 15, electric current, air, correction coating materials, etc., are supplied from the supply joints in common use as the pins 15 and the treatments of the inside surfaces of the cylindrical bodies, such as electric welding of the seaming zones of the can shells 11 and correcting of seam weld zones 40, are performed.
