<p>Soured milk or buttermilk etc. is mixed with carob bean flour, starch, beet sugar, an organic acid, flavouring and colouring agents, Na2HPO4.2H2O and, opt., fruit syrup or fruit aroma substances, caffeine, tannin, cola extract and/or alcohol. The mixture is subjected to pasturization, followed by a rapid chilling to a temp. 10 degrees C and homogenization under pressure. Stable, refreshing drinks are obtained, which retain good drinking consisting for a prolonged period of time.</p> |
