PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined filter and sieve whose members other than a disposable permeation sheet as filter cloth can be used repeatedly. SOLUTION: This combined filter and sieve comprises a magnifying glass- shaped upper frame A, a magnifying glass-shaped lower frame B of the same size as that of the frame A and the flexible permeation sheet C. The frame A or B has a circular frame 2A or 2B and a handle 3A or 3B projecting outward in the radial direction from the frame 2A or 2B. The peripheral part of the sheet C is interposed and supported between the superimposed frames 2A and 2B. A plurality of concentric and arc slits 21 are formed on the frame 2B at regular intervals in the circumferential direction. A plurality of projected pieces 4A each projecting outside in the radial direction are formed on the frame 2A. A holding piece 4B is arranged on the frame 2B so that the piece 4B is rotated in a state that the frames 2A and 2B are superimposed on each other and receives the pieces 4A and a part of the peripheral part of the sheet C and holds both frames 2A and 2B and the sheet C in the state superimposed between the frames 2A and 2B when the handles 3A and 3B are superimposed up and down.
