PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of a solution from the tip of a syringe needle by reducing jump-out of the solution or the like from a by-path, the so-called squirt gun phenomenon in connecting a front chamber and a rear chamber of a two-chamber type pre-filled syringe. SOLUTION: An end plug 13 is fitted to the cylinder base end part 4 of a cylindrical body 2, and a middle plug 14 is disposed between the cylinder tip part 3 and the end plug 13. A groove-like by-path 20 projected outward is formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical body 2 between the cylinder tip part 3 and the end plug 14. The length in the direction of the axis 19 of the cylindrical body of the by-path 20 is set larger than the length of the middle plug 14. In the inner surface of the by-path 20, an angle θ of outward rising of the side end face of an inlet 21 formed on the cylinder base end part 4 is set larger than 45 degrees to the axis 10 of the cylindrical body. |
