PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a processing device to be easily used by everyone in the processing device attached to a vegetable harvester. SOLUTION: This vegetable harvester has the processing device 30 for cutting the bottom part of a conveyed head-forming vegetable extracted from a field at the vicinity of the end of a longitudinally conveying device for conveying the head-forming vegetable to the rear part of the machine body. The processing device 30 is constituted of a base part 31 to be attached to the machine body, an operation part 32 having a rear face plate with a window to which the bottom part of the head-forming vegetable is pushed, and movable in the front and rear direction based on the base part 31, and a cutter device 33 attached to the base part 31 so as to be directed to the operation part side, and cutting the bottom part of the head-forming vegetable protruded from the window when the operation part 32 is pushed forward. The first resisting force is caused when the operation part is pushed forward, and the second resisting force is added thereto from the midway of the step.
