Provided are a measurement report processing method, a base station and a user equipment. The processing method comprises: sending a report indication message of a measurement report to a user equipment (UE), and receiving the measurement report sent by the UE according to the report indication message. The measurement report processing method, the base station and the user equipment provided in the embodiments of the present invention enable a base station to obtain a measurement report in time, saving air interface resources.
