PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semisolid food extruder enabling easily putting a con tainer in which a semisolid food such as ice cream is held on an extrusion table. SOLUTION: This semisolid food extruder has a freely turnable pushout table 13 to put a container holding ice cream on and a table-holding member 16 holding the pushout table 13 on an extrusion standby position so as to face the container toward an extrusion drive part, extrudes a semisolid food from the container by an extrusion action of the extrusion drive part and forms a recessed part 133 which becomes thinner toward this side of the puhsout table 13 on the front top of the pushout table 13; whereby a strong table-holding structure is made, the underside of the pushout table 13 can be easily visually checked and there become slight cases of hitting the container against the front edge of the pushout table 13 when putting the container on the pushout table 13.
