PURPOSE: To obtain a double oxide material which has high visible-light transmission and good electroconductivity and is useful as a transparent electrode, an antistatic membrane or an electromagnetic shielding membrane. CONSTITUTION: This is a double oxide in which the molar ratio of indium oxide or gallium oxide to antimony oxide is 3/(1+x), where -0.3<=X<=0.3, and which is annealed in a reducing atmosphere at 300-1,200 deg.C at an oxygen partial pressure of 10<-4> -10<-21> atm. |
