PURPOSE: To provide a device for inspecting a mounting board, wherein the previously stored image of a non-defective board and the image the inspected board are displayed on the same screen so as to enhance the device in inspection efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The image of a non-defective board previously picked up and stored in a personal computer is displayed on the non-defective board display 15 of a display screen of an inspection device, and the image of an inspected board picked up by a CCD camera mounted on a mechanical control device (XY robot) is displayed on an inspected board display 16, data required for inspecting a mounting board are displayed on an inspection data display 17, and the inspection result such as 'OK' or the like is displayed on an inspection result display 18. Therefore, an operator is capable of inspecting a board comparing its image with that of a non-defective board, so that the inspection time can be markedly reduced. |
