PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for joining or repairing a crack or a clearance in a single crystal product made of a nickel-based super alloy. SOLUTION: The crack or the clearance in the single crystal product is isothermally brazed under following conditions: temperature of isothermal solidification is between TLiquidus , Braze +5×(BBraze mass %) and (Tsolidus ,base material -70×(BBraze mass %), at the same time (BBraze mass %×CrBraze mass %) is between 15 and 40 and (Tsolv.γ',base material -TLiquidus , Braze ) is over 140 deg.C. Thereby homogeneousγ/γ'-microstructure of a brazed joint which is isothermally solidified and has mechanical characteristics similar as that of nickel based super alloy material, is generated. |
