PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in bendability and core loss due to N in steel when using a high-purity material free from inhibitor components as a stock. SOLUTION: A chemical composition consisting of 2.0-8.0 mass% Si, <=3.0 mass% Mn, 10-100 ppm sol.Al, <=80 ppm N and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is provided, and also nitride precipitates of <=1 μm diameter comprise >=95% of those in a steel sheet by number ratio.
