PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and lightweight house wrapping material having a good balance between moisture permeability and waterproofing and causing few problems in manufacturing. SOLUTION: This wrapping material is prepared by layering a coating having a thickness of 7-60μm and made of block copolymer polyester having hard segments and soft segments onto a polyester non-woven fabric having a fiber diameter of 3-28μm and a fabric weight per unit area of 5-50 g/m<2> . The block copolymer polyester coating is made of a copolymer polyester resin having a melting point of 150-180 deg.C, a melt flow rate at 230 deg.C of 30-150 g/10 minutes, and desirably, contains 0.5-10 mass % of carbon particles. On the polyester non-woven fabric, the block copolymer polyester coating is laminated by extrusion lamination.
