PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system and managing method for exactly grasping the state of a device to be managed, without leaking it to a third party by using a network such as the Internet, irrespective of the presence/ absence of a firewall. SOLUTION: Even in a case of the firewall being constructed between an imaging apparatus 11 and a repeating server 31, the imaging forming apparatus 11 itself is made to transmit encoded intrinsic data to the repeating server 31 by reading instruction data stored in the repeating server 31. |
