PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device by which data are written once from the position right after the stopped position of the data recording operation without overwight. SOLUTION: This optical disk device is provided with a rotation driving mechanism for mounting the optical disk to rotate it, an optical head wherein an objective lens, actuator, laser diode (light emitting means) 5 and split photodiode are furnished, an optical head moving mechanism, a control means (detection means) 9, an analog signal processor, a laser diode driver (driving circuit), a servo processor, a decoder, a memory, an encoder, a voltage holding circuit 91, a D/A converter 92 for adjustment and an A/D converter 93 for detection. By the voltage holding circuit 91, a voltage V2 of the part to decide an output of the laser beam is held to a voltage value of the time when the output of the laser beam becomes the proper laser output at recording time. |
