PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive optical film having an adhesive layer for pasting an optical film to a glass substrate of a liquid crystal panel, and free from residue of the adhesive and lack of the adhesive. SOLUTION: This adhesive optical film is obtained by laminating the adhesive layer for pasting the optical film on the glass substrate of the liquid crystal panel on one face of the optical film. The adhesive layer is formed out of an acrylic adhesive, and the adhesive layer is laminated through an anchor layer formed by a polyester-based resin.
