FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has handle with tube and end piece and is provided with throttle valve. The end piece has filtering detachable nozzle. It is joined to the handle by means of threaded connection engageable to nut grooves and nipple protrusions to which tube with union member is welded. Handle has slide member for shutting off the throttle opening. Detachable filtering nozzle has fixed union member having plastic washer rotatable about tube axis or at an angle to the axis to enable the end piece to move relative to filter net.
